Asparagus and green peas
veal meat (scallops or tenderloin)
small size pasta
In a slow cooker, brown, in olive oil, onions cut into small pieces. Add veal meat (in small pieces) and cook until the meat is golden brown.
Add water, salt and pepper and cook on medium heat until you get pulled veal.
Add asparagus and green peas. Cook 10 minutes more. Serve with small size pasta.

Pancetta (or top quality pork breast)
small size pasta (here Quadretti all’uovo)
In a slow cooker, brown in olive oil, onions and celery (cut into small pieces) then add Pancettain (in small pieces). Cook until soft.
Add water, salt and pepper and cook on medium heat a few more minutes.
Then, add green peas. and pasta. Cook about 10 minutes more.
