Spring Brocoli (Spring Brocoli can be found in Spring and is quite ready to bloom ; it tastes a bit like italian Cime di Rapa)
anchovies (in olive oil)
Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over low heat. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Add anchovies (cut in small pieces), pine nuts and crushed peppercorns.
Cook 5 minutes and put aside.
Heat olive oil in another skillet and cook Spring Brocoli over low heat, with a very small amount of salt. Cover the pan and cook stirring occasionally. Brocoli must be lightly roasted. When well cooked, put the brocoli in the garlic-pine nuts-anchovies-pepper mixture.
Stir well and serve when still warm
