Peaches Tatin style

around 10 peaches

1/2 cup butter

1 cup 1/2 dalmond powder

1 egg

1 cup flour

1 pinch of salt

lemon verbena leaves and pistachio slivers(for decorating)

Dip peaches in boiling water for about 3 mn. It makes it easier to peel them.

In a greased muffin tray, put the peeled peaches upside down.

Mix all ingredients to make the dough and then freeze it for 20 mn. With a large glass, cut circles in the dough (approx. 10). Lay a circle on each peach.

Bake for about 30 mn in a preheated oven 180°C

Eat with fingers and let the sugary juice delight you. Summer time fruits are better this way!
